Changing my portion sizes at each meal is one of the easiest ways I have found to help me lose weight. This takes time and more effort when you are busy and just trying to get a meal on the table, especially when you have a family that's hungry and waiting. One thing that I have found, that is just as effective, is to just simply cut my meal portion sizes in half also macrobiotic diet. So instead of piling the plate up with the amount of food I typically eat, I will put only half of the amount on my plate. Eat Slower

With life being so busy and chaotic, I find myself even rushing through my meals. I eat so fast and realize that it only took me about 10-15 minutes to eat a meal, which took me about 40-50 minutes to make. I realize that I didn't even really taste the food or enjoy the meal I just ate. I have found that by drinking lots of water during my meal will help me to eat my food slower. The water also helps me to feel more satisfied and I eat less. By eating slower, I am able to recognize when I start to feel that I have had enough to eat, and results in me eating less at each meal therefore lemonade diet.
